- Contact you regarding your event if a booking is made
We will not use your contact details to send you unsolicited marketing communications.

Your enquiry is processed and delivered to us via Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form processing service. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third parties.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of the enquiry or the event date (whichever is later) to allow for booking management and follow-up. Data is then securely deleted.
