We collect and process your personal data to respond to your booking enquiry and assess whether we are able to provide our services for your event.

Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). We have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from prospective customers, and we have assessed that this does not override your privacy rights given the limited and relevant nature of the data we collect.

We use your information solely to:

  • Respond to your booking enquiry
  • Discuss and confirm booking arrangements
  • Contact you regarding your event if a booking is made

We will not use your contact details to send you unsolicited marketing communications.

Your enquiry is processed and delivered to us via Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form processing service. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf and handles your submission only to the extent necessary to deliver it to our inbox. Please see the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for further details.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third parties.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of the enquiry or the event date (whichever is later) to allow for booking management and follow-up. Data is then securely deleted.

  • Right of access — to request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
